So I made this one morning for breakfast and I loved it so much that I had to post it as a recipe for others to try. It is relatively healthy but is not so low in calories... but it's not super high either.

This is an AMAZING recipe that when paired with vanilla icecream is like Apple Pie A La Mode without the crust!
These are also very versatile and could be paired in any combination of things - for example in oatmeal, with angel food cake. They are so simple!
This smoothie is a great fruity beverage with some added tofu for a protein boost. :) Yummy!
These are some good burritos that are high in protein and surprisingly low in carbs. This recipes makes two tacos - a meal for one person. :)
This is a tasty breakfast that I came up with while trying to adapt a pita recipe for dinner. The ingredients I used can also be used for a wrap but needed something extra to it.
Stirfry for one. It is college student tested and approved. Plus, it only takes less than an hour to prepare, cook, and eat. :)
This is adapted from another recipe. I just quartered the measurements and am using using a Buttermilk Whole Wheat Flour mix instead.
Try them with some veggie sausage and a side of fruit!
(Formally McCoug - Until McDonalds didn't like it.) A popular breakfast sandwich on my campus. It is a quick on the go food that is great for breakfast or any other meal.
