This easy recipe is made especially for my husband who loves chili but needs to limit his sodium intake.
This isn't really a light recipe, but it is definately tasty and a big hit when entertaining. It's my most requested dish.
This is a flavorful, filling dish that can be served with or without the shrimp. I have made it vegetarian, with shrimp and with chicken. You can also use any cheese you like. Parmesean is ok, but I prefer somthing with a little more flavor like feta.
This soup was an "accident." I started a recipe and there was an error in it. When I discovered the mistake I threw together a few more ingredients and it turned out pretty good.
