Uses center-cut bacon and skim milk
Strawberries with pineapple, a little orange, and a mango. 1 ounce of Grand Marnier and a little vinaigrette.
Something to do with that leftover turkey.
Does well in the crockpot.

If you're a vegan, use a teaspoon of canola oil instead of the butter. It works.
Creamy Pesto sauce, using lowfat evaporated milk and stretched by chicken broth.
Antioxidant salad with spinach for fiber and iron.
Ranch mix+skim milk+2% cottage cheese
A Greek dish of zucchini, tomato, potatoes, and onion.
Hoisin Chicken with Vegetables and Noodles
Beans and water can be started in a crockpot and allowed to simmer for 8 hours on LOW.
