Double Chocolate Protein Muffins (low carb/grain free)

This is a my variation of Jamie Eason's chocolate protein bars. I like to bake them in muffin tins to make them easier to grab and go and I prefer to eat as grain free as possible unless I'm eating sprouted grains. I bake these about once a week and store them in the refrigerator, they do the trick if I need something a little sweet (you're not eating a brownie here folks, but close enough)
