This is a great way to eat those summer greens. Can use swiss chard, beet greens, cabbage, leeks or any greens as well as kale. A terrific brunch.
Core apple, add other ingredients, bake.
Open cans, dump in bowl, toss & serve. Can drizzle with olive oil based dressing if desired.
A great breakfast with left over veggies and salmon.
