The Best Chili Ever! This has won several contests and tastes really good. If you don't like hot chili, the pepper quantity can be cut back.

Banana Bread

I have used this recipe from a church cookbook that I bought for charity. It's one of the best I've ever tasted. The original recipe called for nuts which I replaced with Flax Seed (for fiber) and 1/4 cup Splenda (instead of 1/2 cup sugar).
