In a small bowl add the parsley, chicken seasoning, black pepper, paprika and sauces. Mix well. You can add more sauce as needed. I didn't really have a measurement for it i just poured it in.
Take the skin off the turkey legs and apply three legs to a zipplox bag. add the mixture and let marinate for at least an hour.
place the marinated turkey legs in a skillet add the water. you may want to add more seasoning if needed. add enough water periodically so the level is about covers half the turkey leg. turn every 10min until fully cooked. once the meat starts to brown throw in the onions. and garlic cloves
take the turkey legs out of the skillet and add the rice into the water mixture. I used minute rice. stir periodically until fully cooked.
tada you have a nice barbeque dinner.
