For those who just CAN'T give up "ice cream"
This is adapted from a paleo cookbook. Because I process quarts of my own sauce, it didn't make sense to use the commerial tomato sauce that required. I also elliminated the coconut oil as felt it unnecessary.
Oatmeal can be made ahead of time. Easy to microwave one serving at at time. Very healthy
easy to put together, great for supper or breakfast
Great alternative to "real" meatballs. Most people can't tell it's made with soy granuales and ground turkey.
