Quick & Easy with Canned Ingredients
This is a great summer salad. You can serve it on bread or lettuce leaves.
I got this recipe from a friend. It is a very quick and healthy Turkey Chili for those cold days..
This is quick and easy because of all the frozen veggies used. Very filling and large serving size.
Cut up sausage into bite size pieces. Cut up onion and add to sausage. Saute in pan using spray olive oil. Add other ingredients and heat until warmed through. Season the way you would like. Rinse the beans prior to adding to cut down on sodium content. Serve over rice if you would like, but the rice is not figured in on these calculations. To be honest with you, I have not made this yet, but will tonight when I get home...hence the name Surpise!
