This is from the Moderate #1 Plan on Ideal Shape 6-week Challenge. 3 muffins = 1 serving
Katniss from Ideal fit states this recipe is 1 muffin = 96 calories 18 carbs 5 fat and 3 protein, but when I put the recipe into this calculator it is much more not sure why it's off so much.
Cauliflower, Black Olives, Red Onions, Ranch mix, olive oil mayo. Some add broccoli, bacon, sunflower seeds, but I just choose not too. :)
Great low fat and carb snack with high protein.
Yield= 2cups, serving size is 1/4c.
I think this would also be great with almond slivers and even cheese. The above recipe doesn't include any additional breading.
Great little summer snack. Sit outside and enjoy this refreshing treat.
