This quick and easy dressing is great on salads, fish, or chicken!
Quick and easy way to consume some of your daily fruit and vegetables. High fiber, low fat, low calorie, and high in alkaline.
This is an easy, no nonsense chicken salad!
Low Calorie, Low fat, and VERY Low sodium.
I love it on top of a tossed salad. Of course it makes a great sandwhich too.
1 cup fresh Spinach
2-3 leaves Romaine leaves (try to use the dark green tops and leaves)
1-2 stalks Celery coursely chopped
1/2 peeled, chopped Cucumber
1/2 cup cubed Cantaloupe
1/2 cup water (preferably distilled or purified)
1 6 oz. container Yoplait non fat yogurt (any flavor) I like strawberry banana!
