I grew up eating these homemade waffles and wanted to tweak them to make them healthier. I tested them the other day and they were almost as good but with much fewer calories and virtually no fat per serving. Enjoy!

Instant Strawberry Sorbet

Yummy homemade strawberry sorbet recipe I saw in the New York Times a few months ago. This is excellent with any fruit. Just subsitute 16 oz. of other frozen fruit for the strawberries (i.e. raspberries, blueberries, etc.) I put this in as 4 servings, but it could easily be more as it makes quite a bit.
