Homemade, No Sugar Added, Applesauce

My mom always made homemade applesauce so I could never eat the store bought stuff. I took her recipe but completely eliminated all of the sugar - the apples stand up on their own. Using the juice from the apple peels and cores adds an extra sweetness without extra sugar!

Mom's Meatloaf

Delicious every time. We sometimes add variations like 1/4 lb veal, barbecue sauce, or worcestershire sauce. Great with mashed potatoes and gravy or on its own!

Mashed Sweet Potatoes

Quick and easy way to make sweet potatoes, delicious too! Kids love em.

Gino's Granola

I use half whole grain oats and half rolled oats for added health benefits. Serving size is 1/2 cup. I have estimated the number of servings and will update that the next batch I make.

Great pancake mix, add berries or bananas for extra sweetness!

Dinner Salad

My standard, every night dinner salad. I don't always have pine nuts and avocado but they provide a great nuttiness along with the chick peas. The avocado does have a bit of fat but it's good fat!
