Peanut Butter Cookies

1 cup soft butter
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar splenda
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
3/4 cups white flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Lentil Curry Chicken Soup

Put lentils in a small saucepan and cover with cold water about 2 inches over the top. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook lentils until they are done, about 25 mins. Set aside. Bring chicken stock and chicken to a boil until chicken is done, about 6-8 mins. Remove from heat, and let the chicken cool and then cup in into bite size pieces. Heat oil over moderate heat. Cook chopped onion for about 10 mins., until tender. Add the curry, ginger and garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes longer. Add the reserved chicken stock to onion mixtures. Simmer about 10 mins. Add the diced tomatoes and lentils and bring to a boil. Add lemon juice and pepper to taste. Add the chilcen and heat through and serve.
