"Lighter" Bacon Cheeseburgers

This is a great way to have the taste of bacon, beef, and cheese with a lot less fat. Chopping up the bacon allows you to remove some of the visible fat, and have bacon in every bite. Another plus is that you can freeze the burgers and have a ready meal without the mess of cooking bacon everytime. This makes big quarter pound burgers. Make it even lighter by making the patties smaller.
