This is an old recipe from my mom. I always loved it at her house, and finally made it after 40 years of thinking about doing it. She always served it with homemade soups.
Use ham bone with extra ham to make this soup.

Use any veggies you wish. Potatoes are pretty much a mainstay. I use leftovers from a previous meal.
Green Smoothie I is with cucumber, etc. This is more filling.

I made these in large muffin cups, but if you use regular size, you'll need more wonton wrappers and the calories should be less per cup.
Even the hubs liked these. A nice sub for the real thing.
