This recipe is full of flavor and can easily be adjusted to fit your taste. I often use 93/7 ground turkey instead of the sirloin. Also, you can adjust the liquid and sour cream amounts to find the consistency that you like best. You can also serve this over brown rice instead of the No Yolks. The reheats very well.
