Easy vegetable frittata.
This is a hearty and quick version using canned peas instead of dried peas. This one is much easier.
This one is with chicken bouillon, but may be made with any flavor. You may also add other veggies like carrots, bell pepper, etc.
In place of Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Blend I used a blend of smoker spices.
This is a great winter comfort food. It simmers for hours and warms your house and your soul. Add what ever spices strike your fancy. It freezes well and reheats for a great lunch.
I saw this recipe on the Food Network prepared by Giada De Laurentiis. My neighbor had just brought me some fresh basil from her garden. I couldn't resist trying this. I especially like them with a tossed green salad. It really dresses it up and is a real plus when company comes calling.
This is a healthy twist on an old time favorite.
This is one easy recipe! Just put it on and go about your business. Great to serve in a variety of ways. I like to shred and cool slightly, then use it in a salad. You could also add corn and black beans and serve as a complete meal.
This is one of those recipes that just gives you the basic idea. You can use any meat, cheese and veggie combination you like. Any leftovers reheat beautifully in the micro-wave.
This is one of those wonderful dishes that you can put your own signature to with the seasonings you add. I prefer just a pinch of red pepper flakes, thyme, low-sodium beef boullion, but you can use whatever you like. This pot of flavor also will get better every time you reheat. Manga!
This is wonderful served with steamed fresh broccoli.
Got a craving for that wonderful Lemon Chicken from your favorite Chinese Restaurant? This is a more figure friendly alternative.
You can serve this over rice or crispy noodles or just eat it as is!
This recipe originally called for shaping mixture into patties and then frying them. I prefer to bake in muffin tins and save the calories!
I originally found a version on the Kraft recipe site. I simply trimmed a few calories and fat and came up with a tasty dinner the whole family enjoys.
This soup is quick and easy and full of flavor. You can easily substitute chopped kale or baby spinach or broccoli for parsley. Also, you can add chopped cooked chicken breast.
This is a recipe I re-vamped using I Can't Believe It's Not Butter in place of butter, Asiago cheese spread in place of Asiago cheese and eliminated an avacado all together. It is still rich and delicious and saves a ton on calories and fat!
This is a great "make ahead" breakfast that I can grab on the go on a work day.
This can be prepared ahead, placed in micro-wave containers and re-heated in the morning for a quick, breakfast.
