All of the salad dressings I found in the store had sugar or corn syrup...but this awesome salad I like (berries and chicken salad) needs a touch of something...so I decided to get creative. This is the first recipe I have ever "invented" so I am very happy about how it turned out!!
I recently visited Nordstrom's Cafe and tried their Berry and Chicken Salad...it was SO good I had to make it again at home:) Goes great with the Clean Raspberry Walnut Salad Dressing recipe I shared! Clean, nutritious and packed with flavor:)

I got this recipe from my good friend Fhamwey...very good!
Dissolve superfood in water , add all ingredients (except ice) to blender and blend well. Add ice and run on ice breaking setting. Pour into glass and enjoy!
I added aria protein powder to these pancakes to give them even more protein and I used almond extract instead of vanilla.
I like the Jimmy Dean De-Light breakfast bowls, but not the sodium or the cost...so I made my own version. It refrigerates really well for microwaving later...
