You have no idea how yummy this is - it is not "diet" by any stretch, but so good for an occasional treat!
Doing a Whole30? Dairy intolerant? This is pretty awesome!
Modified from a Paleo Breakfast bread... I was out of eggs, so I used the chia seed trick.
You can use any types of meats or veggies you desire! The joy of this dish is how adaptable it is.
Some mornings, you just want that hot cereal! This is a great, FAST, convenient "instant" replacement for that oatmeal or cream of wheat.
This had started out life planned as a meringue cookie... but, apparently coconut sugar re-liquefies whipped egg whites! So, added some coconut flour - and TA DAH!
3 of the carbs per serving are sugar alcohols from the Truvia. Reduce the carb count to 12 per dish if you don't count the alcohols in your diet.
This is a good morning booster! Wakes you up, and "they" say it helps boost your metabolism. I'll often take a dose of this about 1/2 hour before breakfast.

Low Carb (2 net per donut!), Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Sugar Free - what's not to love??
You will need to make this at least 12 hours before planning on serving. It needs to refrigerate to set up best.

I first came across this yummy condiment at an Afghani restaurant in San Jose, CA. This, with a bit of Greek yogurt, on beef/chicken/lamb/goat... YUM!
This is also good with added garlic or black pepper.
You really need a food processor to get a good smooth texture. But, it still tastes good even if it's lumpy.
This is South Beach appropriate, as well as any of the other low-carb plans. It is also super low in fat. Great for a cold winter day!
This is a make-over on LadySunbeam's "Yummy Key Lime Yogurt Pie" - which was too high in carbs for my taste.
This is the recipe posted to Robb Wolf's website. Submitted by Kate Petrovic.
This is SOOO good! Especially served with mashed/blended cauliflower (as "potatoes") for a real Southern Treat!
My favorite dish at our local Vietnamese place. This is with the sauce.
This is South Beach appropriate. Even more so if you use ground turkey instead of beef. But, I like the flavor of beef. :-)
