Burrito Filling/versatile

This can be used as burrito filling, baked potato topping, eaten as is or added to a salad. I like to make burritos and freeze them to have on hand when we don't have lots of time or feel like cooking!

This mixture is really versatile! You can eat it as is, add it to taco or burritos as well as it it will baked tortilla chips! Very healthy for you too!

Chicken Fajitas (meat only)

This makes a very flavorful meal. I usually make the chicken and eat as is, without all the other fajitas fixings to cut back on calories. Also great marinade for shrimp!

Baked Oatmeal

My family has this on a regular basis for breakfast. We usually pour a little milk over the top and on occasion have sauteed apples and raisins with it. This is very easy to make, refrigerate and heat when needed. I also like to grab a square to take with me when I'm on the run and won't be home for lunch.
