This is my infamous buffalo chicken dip. It makes enough to fill a min crock pot about 1/2 - 3/4 of the way up. It will go quickly so I always make a double batch.
I used to eat these in college all the time. I went back to visit recently and rekindled my love of this sandwich. I usually use a toasted focacia roll because the onion in the focacia make the flavors of the sandwich pop that much more, but it's not good calorie wise :) I also prefer the flavor of buffalo mozzarella to the flavor of regular mozzarella but that's your call.
