A delicious (and healthy!) rich chocolate shake that's loaded with protein and antioxidants with a touch of protein and good healthy fats. Perfect as a meal replacement or after-workout-snack.
I made this for my family for dinner one night, and everyone absolutely loved it! It's based off of Rachel Ray's recipe which I have revised to make it healthier and more flavorful! I found that the crusts weren't large enough to hold everything that the recipe called for, so the calorie count is probably much lower.
This simple recipe is a great snack, or on-the-go breakfast.
This is a delicious smoothie, and my personal favorite. I'm not exactly sure about the measurements since I just toss everything in, so you can play around with each ingredient to get the right consistency. This is about how much of everything that I put in though.
This recipe is from Betty Crocker's 'Healthy New Choices' cookbook. It's one of my family's favorites.
