I love this! It is so fast and easy and really good. The kids love it to. I have it with an orange or some other fruit. You can add a little chocolate to it to make it even yummier.

No-Queso Quesadillas

You can use corn tortillas or whole wheat....and still very good. Very fast!

Asparagus and pea Risotto

This is a great Weight Watchers recipe. 5 points
You can make it Vegan by adding 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast instead of the pam. cheese. My kids love it!
