This is very good. As others have said you cannot taste the spinach and it adds so many nutrients.

Mushroom and spinach wontons

These can be prepared ahead of time and frozen. Prepare as directed, but do not bake. Freeze on wax paper-lined baking sheets in single layer. Transfer to zip-close bags and freeze. To serve, thaw at room temperature for 15 minutes and bake as directed

Crab Cakes Ann's

I used a SP recipe, and added celery and onion. Left out mayo and added the sour cream. Even though this is a 4 serving recipe, I eat 2 servings if it fits into my daily calorie count

Cod, lightly breaded & fried

Season as desired. I use a fish seasoning blend or salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder

Use up any vegetables you have

Tomato, onion and goat cheese salad

You can add your choice of spices. I often use oregano or cilantro. Salt and pepper to taste.

Avocado & goat cheese spread

Mash avocado. Add goat cheese, salt , pepper and garlic powder to taste. Mix well. Finely chop onion and add. mix together. Serve on crackers or use as a dip.
Good with rye crackers.
