Thanks Miller*Time for inspiring me to come up with this recipe! It reminds me of the dirty monkeys in Punta Cana but way healthier and of course alcohol free!!!;)
My kid love yogurt or go-gurt but I don't care for how most of them second or one of the top ingredients is sugar and lot's of it. I wanted to make a fun treat so I bought the crayola freezer popsicles on the market and they loved them!
A pancake I've kind of played with recipes and tried different things. You could leave the avocado out and use pumpkin, butternut or acorn squash. You could also leave out chocolate chips and use some agave instead drizzled over.
This is from March 2010 Oxygen issue. I changed things up a bit since I love thick consistency to eat with a spoon like ice cream rather than soupy.
This recipe was found in Dec. 09 issues of Oxygen. Gulp down this anti-bloat shake for breakfast or anytime you're feeling puffy. I modified the recipe a bit to make it taste better!:)

This is super rich and high in calories and you could probably get away with 1/2 serving mixing with greek yogurt for a little chocolate treat.
Kim made this suggestion to use with greek yogurt and it's absolutely delicious and reminds me of a butterfinger blizzard. If your bored with your plain peanut and almond butter and want a change and more bang for your buck since you get so much more dip then you have to try this!!! YUMMY!

I found this on kraftfoods.com. Calls for 1c. of cheese which I did not use and I used low sodium chicken broth to reduce the original recipe by almost 1000mg of sodium. I've even added black beans for a little more protein.
Shake of the month found in Feb. 2010 Oxygen issue. I did alter a few things and I'm definitely going to be seeking out a cleaner protein powder when I get my current one used up.
This is found in Oxygen's Nov 2009 issue on pg. 126. It's delicious and low carbs and high in protein!

I like to make it with four different kinds of
jello too!!! The original recipe called for cherry,
lime, orange, and black cherry!!! It is fun to do
holiday colors, school colors, etc....

I found this on kraftfoods.com and they said a serving is 400 calories but my calculations actually show less from everything I entered in. I did use fat free sour cream instead.
