I break down the 2 lbs into 1/2 lb increments to put in freezer bags. Each 1/2 lb bag makes 3 patties.

My mom used to make this but she used plain rice. I like adding the little bit of extra veggies and use the SteamFresh rice with veggies.
My mom made this & now I do. This is the basic recipe. It can be jazzed up by adding bell peppers, fresh chopped tomatoes, or any other veggie that you like.
I make this in a pressure cooker.
This is the meat mixture I used to put in my Jamaican Pasties. Now, I serve it over rice or millet.
