This Banana bread is a revision of the recipe submitted by Sparkpeople user MAGGSR74. I just wanted decrease the salt and increase the fibre. Note Increases Fibre, dietrary fat and calories slightly.
The coffee cake can be made sepperatly (lowe callories) or turned into a bread pudding for extra indulgence !!!

Very sweet and deliciouse. Use a very large skillet. Soooo easy to make in less then 1 hour. I used the white wine instead of the Apple Juice.
