Good for left over grilled chicken breast.
These can be made in a big batch and frozen in separate smaller servings. The recipe is easily doubled to make some for now and freeze some for later.
Light yet hardy! A person could probably cut more fat out by using another pasta or fat free dressing. I just whipped this up with what I had in the house. Might be fun to experiment with various veggies.
