I love this healthy recipe! You get a Banana fruit gelatin layer topped with a layer of firm fruit mousse. I use 8 ramekins but you can put it all in one bowl if you prefer. The recipe is 136 calories for the whole thing or 8 single 17 calorie servings.
Order egg white powder online. Its difficult to find in stores.

Peachy Fruit Saute Sance

This recipe is for a serving for one person, e.g. 4-5 oz of meat. It will jazz up any chunked protein when you don't know what to do with it. When sauteing any kind of chunked meat, poultry, or shrimp, with onion, mushroom, peppers or just meat: add these ingredients to the pan at the end just before serving.

Look for Vietnamese Pho Beef Broth seasoning mix in your international Asian supermarket.

My take on low fat Pho

Bok Choy with Turkey Meat

Can also sub chicken, low fat sausage, turkey bacon. Eat by itself or serve over 1/2 c rice.

Mashed Cauliflower

I use this in place of rice, potato, hash browns, even top it with my spaghetti sauces. Also good to stir in to other vegetable dishes and stews soups for added flavor and fiber.
