My search for a lower sodium black bean burger. I had to add a little salt for flavor. I did all chopping with the Pampered Chef chopper.
Recipe is from Family Circle Magazine, March 2011. Original recipe called for low fat peanut butter. I am using PB2 to reduce calories and sodium.

This is an old recipe my mother taught me, very easy to remember and makes great biscuits
Very easy. This recipe has been around, I got it from my sister then adjusted ingredients to cut the calories quite a bit. Add whatevery you want to dress it up. I usually sprinkle a crushed candy bar or nuts on the top.
This is a recipe from Clean Living Magazine. They call for fingerling potatoes but I am using regular potatoes
