Chickpea salad with feta and almonds

I usually make this with some low fat balsamic dressing. Sometimes I add or subtract vegetables, depending on what's available. If you would like to make it lower in fat, omit the cheese and the feta. Delicious on it's own.

Great for leaving in the fridge for when you're hungry in a hurry.
