Mix in a blender and pour into pop molds
Easy, Super healthy
This granola only contains applesauce, no butter or oil- it is packed with nutrients. Servicing size is for 1/2 a cup- I usually put it on yogurt in the morning. You can also use a little less and mix it in with you cereal in the morning for an extra punch of nutrients.
I love this rich creamy soup- and at under 100 calories for 2 cups it keeps me full until dinner.
Soup is so easy, filling, and low calorie- it is also very inexpensive to make! One serving is a little more than 2 cups.
yummy split pea soup, you can add in ham if you like- if you are feeling like doing this in an extra fancy way you can also top with bacon. (cooking the onions in the bacon fat before adding in the other ingredients
Well, so the name isnt that great, but it tastes fantastic. Maybe you can help me think of something better to call it
When you are craving banana bread but can't quite take the calories- this is a great way to fill up in the mornings
I make this in a big batch for my lunches, the tofu has loads of protein and really soaks up the flavor of the sauce. I also add in hot sauce or chili flakes, as spicy foods make you feel full faster, but it isnt really needed
I make this in a big batch and eat it with nonfat yogurt in the morning, just put it into little cups and microwave for a fast breakfast that will keep you full until lunch. Also, dont skip the salt, it adds a rich, buttery taste that makes you think you are eating a desert rather than a healthy breakfast! My family says it is like eating applecrumble all mixed up.
I keep lots of frozen fruit to make into quick smoothies after my run in the summertime. I cut a banana into 4, and toss them in the freezer to add in quickly. This smoothing is thick and tasty and really fills me up.
