A very simple recipe that I use as a healing recipe. Add salt, pepper, and other spices to suit your preference.
This soup is mild in flavor (except when you chomp on a piece of ginger!) Add other spices if you like, but I created this to be mild. You can experiment with adding a nut butter to the hot broth. It makes it more flavorful but adds to the calories. Add a little bit at a time. I used a natural, nothing-but-peanut butter. (Hmmm....maybe some of the low-fat peanut butter powder would work well. Must try that next time!)
