Make it sweet by adding stevia drops &/or cinnamon
Make it savory by adding caraway seed, onion powder, etc
Non-dairy & decadent!
Low carb alternative for tater tots. Kids love 'em!
12 grams of net carb per muffin top. The secret ingredient is mozzarella cheese, which melts upon baking & adds nothing but a bit of a tangy flavor to the muffin top.
About 5 grams of carbs per serving. You don't really taste the pumpkin. It thickens the soup nicely & adds valuable nutrients. If you like a thicker soup, stir about 1/2 teaspoon of xanthan gum to get the right consistency without adding carbs.
Perfect dessert for low carb diets, only 10 calories, 1.5 net carbs per serving.
Cut the carbs by substituting zucchini strips for noodles. 14.8 net carbs per serving.

Who would have thought a radish could make a good substitute for a potato? But at 3.4 grams of net carbs per serving, you'll never be hungry again.

(skip the glaze - just add some whipped cream)
It makes a salad dressing with no added oil at all. Delicious enough to eat just as it is, with a spoon and without any veggies. I feel free to use more of it than I would if I were using purchased salad dressing.
Sometimes I add a cup of lentil sprouts to what is in the blender. The lentil sprouts go down easier after blending with the orange and almond than if I just added them to the veggies in the salad.
I don't feel the least bit inclined to use any salt at all.
It is sweet, but goes well even on salad with onions.
It is so yummy I don't mind having to wash the blender afterward.
Suggestion: Melt a square of Lindt dark chocolate & pour over the top for a magic shell.
This is SOO delicious! It WONT melt at room temperature like regular whipped cream!
It's VERY stable. Its wonderful used for frosting a cake or even dipping fruit in it!

Only 3.5 Net carbs per serving! This coconut cream bread recipe has the texture of regular bread without the added carbs. It is great for sandwiches or toasted for breakfast. Toast this in a pan or toaster oven rather than a upright toaster, because it is so delicate. Thanks to Jay for this recipe, see her page @ http://www.lowcarb360.com/coconut-cream-br

An extremely portable dessert for those people on the go, to eat in the car or while shopping.
Paillard is a method of cooking that pounds the meat flat, which tenderizes it and speeds cooking time. This chicken is sliced in half, and then pounded with a heavy object until thin. http://www.youtube.com/user/bowulf#p/searc
