Low carb alternative for tater tots. Kids love 'em!

Coconut Muffin Tops

12 grams of net carb per muffin top. The secret ingredient is mozzarella cheese, which melts upon baking & adds nothing but a bit of a tangy flavor to the muffin top.

Beef Mushroom Soup

About 5 grams of carbs per serving. You don't really taste the pumpkin. It thickens the soup nicely & adds valuable nutrients. If you like a thicker soup, stir about 1/2 teaspoon of xanthan gum to get the right consistency without adding carbs.

Cheryl's Orange & Almond Dressing

It makes a salad dressing with no added oil at all. Delicious enough to eat just as it is, with a spoon and without any veggies. I feel free to use more of it than I would if I were using purchased salad dressing.

Sometimes I add a cup of lentil sprouts to what is in the blender. The lentil sprouts go down easier after blending with the orange and almond than if I just added them to the veggies in the salad.

I don't feel the least bit inclined to use any salt at all.

It is sweet, but goes well even on salad with onions.

It is so yummy I don't mind having to wash the blender afterward.

Quick Vanilla Ice Cream, Low Carb

Suggestion: Melt a square of Lindt dark chocolate & pour over the top for a magic shell.


This is SOO delicious! It WONT melt at room temperature like regular whipped cream!
It's VERY stable. Its wonderful used for frosting a cake or even dipping fruit in it!
