Yummy meatless dish. Not particularly skinny, but fairly healthy nonetheless.
Yummy, low everything. Couldn't change servings, so nutritional value listed is for entire recipe. Divide by 8 (or whatever).
Modified the original WW veggie soup. More flavor, beans add protein.

This is my go-to dressing. Family loves it. I usually make a jar on Sunday for the week.
My wife loves me to make this for her; she likes a runny egg yolk, but can't even LOOK at semi-runny whites, so I fry in skillet then put under broiler. Don't forget to use an oven-safe skillet.
