Easy to make hearty chili. Can freeze.
A light easy to make chicken main course. Can be served with rice or black beans, sliced avacado or steamed vegetables. Also good chilled and served with salad.
Clean 1 Lb shrimp. Saute in non stick skillet 2 - 3 mins. Add 1 Tbs (or 3 tsp) poupon mustard, chopped garlic, & diced onion. Season with salt and pepper if desired. Cover, cook 10 mins. Add peeled tomatoe (peel tomotoe by dropping into biling water), break it up with fork. Mix. Cover & cook 10 more mins,
Coat beef with flour. Brown in stock pot with 2 tsp olive oil. Add 6 cups water and 3 large beef bouillion cubes. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and cover pot. Simmer for 2 hours. Add onion, carrots and sweet potatoe for the last 45 minutes.
Cover chicken with 6 cups water in large pot. Add 3 large bouillion cubes, diced celery, onion and carrots. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer until chicken is cooked and vegetables are tender. Add already prepared rice (or noodles).
