This is a great stew for wintry days. It's filling but not too heavy.
This is a starting place for my experimentation with baking a delicious but healthy muffin.
Million times better than Eggo. I make a bunch, freeze them, and then pop them in the toaster for a quick breakfast. I use canola oil but the original recipe called for 6 tbsp of butter.
Incredibly tasty (and easy!) dipping sauce for spring rolls. I also use it as a dressing for salads or steamed veggies. Stores for weeks in the fridge.
This can be a side dish but I like it as a nice meal in hot weather. It comes together quickly and without too much fuss.
