1 C Trader Joe's High Fiber Cereal
2 C Cocoa Krispies Cereal
1 C Grape-nuts Cereal
1 C Kellogs's Craklin' Oat Bran Cereal
1 C raisins
1 T vanilla
1 C Sunspire unsweetened carob chips
Nearly fat free, creamy and flavorful without any butter or milk.
