Chicken w/ 20 Cloves of Garlic

Creole Sauce (1.5 Cup srvg)

A mildly spicy Creole Sauce good on pork, chicken, and shrimp. It is also delicious on its own as a hearty tomato chowder. Goes well over rice or couscous.
