Taco Salad made with ground turkey
Like banana bread? Try this version for low fat/ low calorie... and no sugar!
Chop up velveeta (2%) and mix with can of rotel and microwave for 5 minutes.
Fast and Easy!
Throw together for an easy and low cal/low fat meal.
2 pkgs. Top Ramen chicken flavored noodles
3 chicken breasts, cooked
1/2 head shredded cabbage
3 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
3 tbsp. toasted sliced almonds
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. lemon juice
6 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. Accent
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. each red, green, yellow sweet peppers
1 sm. can sliced water chestnuts, drain
1/2 c. chopped green onions, tops too
