I absolutely love this and it's very quick and easy to make.
I make this on sunday to use for quick lunches or dinners through the week.
This is a good meal if you're doing Body for Life. I leave off the sour cream but it doesn't hurt much.
Just a place holder for a regular salad with Chicken.
