This recipe is a take on an old favourite. It should be cooked and ready on the table in 30 minutes!
Needed for Idli & dosa. Makes about 50 tbsp of chutney. 2 TBSP would be considered a serving.
Tasty snack which is heavy enough to be a main course. It is served with Garlic Bread. Nutritional info is only for the vegatable. Garlic bread is extra. Makes 40 (1/2 cup) servings.
You can use any mixed vegetables here cauliflower, peas, green beans, carrots, snap peas.
I let it cook overnight or get it started before going to work in the morning. When I get home the beans are done and I have to finish it up.
