A quick breakfast that is easy to make and filling. Egg filling can be made ahead and reheated in the morning.
Great use for left over shrimp. If smoother bisque is desired, use a stick blender to mix soups, milk, tomatoes, and red wine vinegar prior to added chopped shrimp.
Quick to make up, nice when first made, even better a day later.
