I found this recipe in one of the Tastes of Home periodical cookbooks. Sometimes I will make double the sauce and use it over the whole wheat pasta I tend to serve this with. I am sure the sauce would be good over chicken as well. It has become one of my favorite recipes, very quick and easy. Enjoy!

Knowing her affinity for butter, definitely not the most healthy of choices, but with sauteing the chicken in just the oil (EVOO), and using half&half, it cuts down the calorie and fat count, and there's really no difference in taste. i make this without the flour for dredging or extra butter. Still very tasty!
