Bubble Up Chicken Casserole

A quick and easy weeknight dinner. You could easily reduce the calories in this meal by using low fat or fat free dairy.

If you would prefer a more "pot pie" style dish, unroll the crescent roll dough and pinch the seams together. Place the dough on top of the casserole before baking (keep an eye on it and cover will foil if it starts to brown too much before the chicken is cooked through).
