This is adapted from another spark recipe, I've halved the recipe, tweaked it a bit, and corrected the nutrition info calculations.
Made with soy milk. Use your blender! You can easily halve the recipe, or make the whole thing and freeze some for weekday breakfasts. For a real treat, sprinkle chocolate chips on top of the each pancake just after you put them on the griddle.

This tastes so decadent and rich, but is lowfat, low calorie, and packed with protein and calcium.
adapted from a recipe ("Better Protein Bars") by Stonewallwoman. You can subsitute whatever dried fruit and nut butters you have on hand without changing nutrition info much.
