This is adapted from another spark recipe, I've halved the recipe, tweaked it a bit, and corrected the nutrition info calculations.
Easy, yummy, versatile tortilla filling or sandwich spread
easy, vegan and yummy
Made with soy milk. Use your blender! You can easily halve the recipe, or make the whole thing and freeze some for weekday breakfasts. For a real treat, sprinkle chocolate chips on top of the each pancake just after you put them on the griddle.
