Modified from the Joy of Cooking. Easy to make. Great for a tailgate. Always gets rave reviews! Keep chilled over ice. I usually serve with veggies (cucumber slices, baby carrots, etc.) and Ruffles Light. One serving = 1/4 cup
Delicious veggie side dish
Easy and quick to make and great for Weight Watchers. You get 2 servings of veggies, a lean protein, fiber, and 2 healthy oils, all for only 4 pts. Taste great! I usually use Purdue Short Cuts chicken. Feel free to add tomatoes, onions, etc., to up your veggies intake!
