Versatile recipe for families who like cornbread and food with a Mexican flair. You can subtract or add what you know your family will like. Some of my family members like it served with the cornbread on the top and others like it cornbread down.

This is a cool, smooth and creamy, rich chocolatey shake that will calm your cravings for chocolate -- Reese's -- everything sweet!
This can be used for so many things. I have cut it up and used it to make a buffalo chicken pizza, put it on a salad or eaten it just as is. If you like buffalo wings, this will satisfy you.
Chocolate cake with hot fudge sauce. This cake is amazing, and not too sweet.
What family doesn't love to add these to a nice home-cooked meal? My very picky kids love these and so does everyone else.
A family favorite. Even my picky kids will eat this.
There is no fattening ice cream in this thick, cool, creamy, fruity shake.

If you love egg nog, you'll love my homemade light version. It has all of the flavor, but not the fat.
