gluten free pancakes made with protein powder, flax and almond meal
low carb, sugar free, gluten free
add 4 cups of water, large pinch of pepper and large pinch of salt and diced large potato to slow cooker, turn on low.
in skillet with one pat of butter, saute chopped celery and onion with large pinch of garlic powder until cooked through (roughly 5-7min) add to slow cooker.
in same skillet, cook bacon until crisp and chop up and throw in slow cooker.
Cook on low for approx 4 hours. At hour four, add 12 oz (or more) of fish. at hour 4.5, add one can of evaporated milk. cook for another 30min to 1hr. Serve!!
